Dear Valued Clients,
Boom Optical always strives to provide the best vision care and service to all your optical needs. During these challenging times, we inevitably must evolve and adapt to the new environment that we live in. Keeping our clients' safety and well being in mind, we will be operating strictly by in store appointments and mobile services only.
Our new operations will include the following:
· In-Store: We will be offering 1 hour appointments from Tuesday to Friday from 12:00PM to 5:00 PM (Please email us today to schedule your appointment: info@boomoptical.com).
· Mobile Opticianry services will be offered within the GTA to existing clients and referrals only - however, exceptions may apply. Please email info@boomoptical.com for more information!
· All frames will be sanitized after clients have tried them on and in between appointments.
· Our opticians will be wearing a medical mask (gloves as well if client prefers) and there will be a plexiglass shield during dispensing and fitting.
· At your appointments, you will be allowed to bring one person to help choose your eyewear (Guardian, spouse, partner, family member)
· While shopping in store, allow optician to bring frames to you base on their expertise as oppose to the client trying multiple frames. Please understand, our goal is to limit the possible spread of foreign bodies by minimal touch/contact.
· Contact Lenses: Only reorders will be permitted for existing clients. Please email us to place reorders and we can have them shipped right to you. We will no longer be offering contact lenses to new patients.
· Eye Exams: We will NO longer be offering Eye Exams.
We are happy to continue to serve your optical needs. We are all in this together and in partnership, we will persevere.
